Vidljiv je pomak u sadržaju i usluzi hotela u odnosu na vrijeme kada sam prvi put bio u njemu prije par godina. Usluga, ljubaznost, kvaliteta hrane i okolni sadržaji čine hotel Riviera i Dramalj mojim favoritom i u idućim godinama. Sve pohvale Vama i hotelu Riviera. Iz razgovora gostiju, kako domaćih tako i stranih, nije bilo negativnih komentara. Samo pohvale na uslužnost i ljubaznost osoblja, a pogotovo u restoranu.
