1.       How to perform a search and make a reservation?
 
Search procedure, How to make reservation ?
Enter: the Pax Details, Number of Rooms, Number of Adults and Children.
Enter Date Details: Click on the Calendar icon to choose the Check-in date and fill in the number of Nights field.
Location Details: Click on the magnifier icon to choose your destination.
Hotel Details: These fields should be filled in only in case you know exactly which hotel, hotel standard, accommodation type you are looking for.

Once you have performed the search, our program will lead you to the results. For further details about each hotel, click on the „view“ hyperlink.
Booking procedure:
In the results window booking number will be generated and if you decide to book a certain hotel you will have to choose preffered payment option: by credit card or bank transfer. In case you choose the credit card payment method, you will need to provide your credit card details and click on „pay now“ button. Once your payment is approved, you will receive an e-mail confirmation followed by a voucher and bill specification. If you decide to pay using bank transfer we will provide our IBAN and SWIFT numbers. When your payment is processed, you will get an e-mail containing a reservation number followed by a voucher and bill specification.

3.       Is this a secure web site?
We pay special attention to the safety of your private data. our site is protected by security certficates, private user data is processed and saved according to legislative policy of the Republic of Croatia (Personal Data Protection Law).

6.       I haven't received my booking confirmation. Why?
Upon completion of the booking you will receive an e-mail confirmation of successful booking. In case you didn't receive this confirmation, please check your Spam folder. If there is no booking confirmation in the specified folder, it is likely that it was not send so please contact our sales-reservation department who will then resend it.
 
7.       How do I cancel my booking?
Cancellation depends on the host, which would mean that each of them has their own cancellation policy. The cancellation process is issued on the voucher and can be found under the Terms & Conditions. For detailed information, please contact our sales-reservation department.
