Makarska

The town of Makarska occupies a central position on the Riviera of Makarska, not only because of its geographic position, but rather because of economic and social factors that have made this town the second largest economic and demographic unit of central Dalmatia. Because of its coastline, Makarska is called Makarska Riviera.
